Abstract

En este artículo se narra la experiencia, el contenido, los desarrollos, los antecedentes y algunas reflexiones relativas a una propuesta en curso: el Modelo Inclusivo Participativo de Empresa. El cual hunde sus raíces en la tradición socio-económica de la Cooperación leída desde la praxis educativa y empresarial liderada por José María Arizmendiarrieta y conocida internacionalmente como MONDRAGON Corporación Cooperativa (MCC). Se trata de un modelo que parte de la convicción de que la cooperación arizmendiana tiene capacidad y recorrido para suscitar nuevas prácticas económicas, educativas y empresariales, más allá del perímetro de MCC, más allá de la misma fórmula societaria cooperativista.
