Abstract

This article tries to identify some of the essential bases for an open reflection on business models and more cooperative labour relations. New contexts for dialogue and negotiation together with new transactions between agents that, surpassing or moderating the classic confrontational logic of the prevailing model, contribute elements to reinforce the competitiveness and sustainability of Basque companies based on the increase in qualified people and progressive involvement in business projects. An objective that must be compatible, in any case, with the guarantee of social cohesion in a governance framework that prioritizes interaction between social and political agents and public-private collaboration.
