Aspectos económicos y jurídicos del sector audiovisual

Abstract

The article seeks to offer an introduction to the audio-visual sector from the economic and legal point of view. Thus, in this approximation, the author provides certain economic principles that regulate the activity of the production and development of audio-visual works. Also, a schematic analysis is carried out of the main figures, from the perspective of intellectual property. Subjects that are original owners or "acquirers" of various rights on the works. The author then analyses the fundamental features of the rights of development of the relevant figures in the audio-visual sector. And, finally, a tour is made of the main processes of exploitation of a cinematographic work.
