La planificación estratégica regional: algunos conceptos metodológicos

Abstract

Strategic planning provides a different and innovative way of both formulating priorities and articulating these on a time scale. At a territorial leves it supplies a pattem to renew planning thought, avoiding those problems inherent to compulsivo centralized responsibilities. The articie deals with the basic concepts which make up the foundations for this new planning format, applying reasoning patterns characteristic both in military and corporate strategies to the field of regional planning.
