Abstract

Ten years have now passed since the Basque Government constituted the Protected Research Entity (EITE). Since then, EITE members have provided significant technological support to the industry in the Basque Country, becoming a research centre network with a considerable penetration in corporations. This network has become the connection between technology and economy, its permanent objective being to improve the competition capacity within our industrial tissue.
