La euro-región atlántica: una estrategia de desarrollo para el País Vasco

Abstract

The new economic panorama which is taking shape in Europe requires the design of development strategies which extend beyond regional limits to penetrate into multi-regional collaboration. A strategy of this type is proposed for the Atlantic Euro-region as a way to recover the economic dynamism of the regions which make it up.
