Abstract

A Teoria dos Custos de Transação tem sido considerada a “nova ortodoxia” da teoria da firma, e também é a razão de ter sido amplamente criticada por diferentes escolas de pensamento econômico. No entanto, parece haver sinais de complementaridade entre o TCT e as abordagens evolutivas da empresa. Algumas supostas interfaces são discutidas aqui, a fim de sugerir novas direções para uma agenda de pesquisa sobre a teoria da empresa, dentro de uma estrutura pluralista.
