Is Hukukunda Calisma Sürelerinin Düzenlenmesi ve Fazla Calisma Icin Iscinin Onayi

Is Kanunu’na göre, calisma sürelerinin düzenlenmesinde esnek calisma yöntemlerinin uygulanabilmesi ve isciye olagan fazla calisma yaptirilabilmesi icin, iscinin onayinin alinmasi gereklidir. Bu calismada, Türk hukuku ve Avrupa Birligi hukukunda iscinin onayina iliskin kosullar ve sinirlamalar, is hukukunun iscinin korunmasi ilkesi cercevesinde incelenmis ve cözüm önerileri gelistirilmistir.
