Konaklama Isletmelerinde Dis Kaynak Kullanimi (Outsourcing) Uygulamalari Üzerine Bir Degerlendirme

Abstract

Günümüzün sert rekabet kosullari bircok isletmeyi operasyonel maliyetlerini azaltmaya zorlamaktadir. Bu yüzden, isletmeler, organizasyonlarinin yönetiminde yeni yollar aramak durumunda kalmaktadirlar. Dis kaynak kullanimi, gelecekte onlarin rekabetci pozisyonlarini sürdürmeleri acisindan bir stratejik yönetim teknigi olarak görülmektedir. Dis kaynak kullanimi isletmelere, operasyonel maliyetleri azaltma, ürün kalitesini gelistirme, temel yeteneklere odaklanma ve isletmenin basarisizlik riskini en düsük düzeye indirme olanagi saglar. Bugün icin dis kaynak kullaniminin avantajlari, finansal acidan saglayacagi faydalarin ötesine gecmistir. Maliyetlerin azaltilmasi, dis kaynak kullaniminda göz önünde bulundurulacak tek unsur degildir. Bu nedenle, dis kaynak kullanimi karari taktiksel olmaktan cok stratejik bir karar olmalidir. Günümüzde dis kaynak kullanimi hemen her sektör icin popüler bir teknik olmustur. Dis kaynak kullanimi egilimi, özellikle hizmet sektöründe giderek artmaktadir. Turizm sektörü icinde yer alan konaklama isletmeleri de bu egilimden etkilenmislerdir. Bu calismanin amaci, stratejik dis kaynak kullanimi yaklasimi cercevesinde, konaklama isletmelerindeki dis kaynak kullanimi uygulamalarini irdelemektir. Ayrica, daha önce konaklama isletmelerinde gerceklestirilen ampirik calismalar isiginda, dis kaynak kullaniminda temel riskler ve dis kaynak kullanimi egilimi gibi kritik konular da tartisilmistir.
