Uretim Sureclerinde Kullanilan Teknoloji Icin Secim Kriterleri ve Sureclerin Yeniden Yapilandirilmasinda Simulasyon Uygulamasi

Abstract

Amac: Yapilan bu calisma, uretim isletmelerinde kullanilan uretim teknolojilerinin secimi ve bu teknolojinin sureclere simulasyon metoduyla uygulanmasi ile ilgilidir. Calismanin amaci, isletmelerin amaclarina uygun teknoloji secimine katkida bulunmak ve teknolojinin sureclere ne gibi katki saglayacaginin ongorumunu saglamaktir. Arastirmada uretim teknolojileri ile ilgili isletmenin teknolojiyi kullanirken ongordukleri performans kriterlerinden faydalanilarak uygun teknolojinin secimi icin oncelikler olusturulmustur. Arastirmanin Yontemi: Calismada, literaturde kabul goren, teknoloji secimi icin anahtar performans kriterlerinin AHY ile oncelikleri belirlenmis ve daha sonra bu onceliklerle birlikte teknolojinin sundugu ozelliklere gore uretim teknolojilerinin simulasyon yontemi ile sureclere uygulanmasi saglanmistir. Yuksek maliyet gerektiren uretim teknolojilerinin isletmenin amacina ve ihtiyacina uygun olarak secilmesi ve basarili bir sekilde uygulanmasi gerekmektedir. Kullanilan simulasyon yontemi, karsilasilabilecek olasi olumsuzluklarin onceden tespit edilerek gerekli duzenlemelerin yapilmasina olanak saglamaktadir.
