Bu calismanin amaci TZY uygulamalari ve orgutsel yapinin yerinden yonetim, formel performans kontrolu, uzmanlasma ve butunlesme boyutlari arasindaki kavramsal iliskiyi incelemek ve test etmektir. Bulgularin TZY uygulamalarini gerceklestirmek isteyen isletme yoneticilerine orgutsel yapiyi duzenleme konusunda yardimci olacagi dusunulmektedir.
