Abstract

Tuketicilerin satin alma davranisini ortaya cikaran onemli faktorler arasinda bir urune duyduklari ihtiyac kadar alisveris aliskanliklari da yer almaktadir. Arastirma kapsaminda, Istanbul’da yasayan bir grup tuketicinin alisveris aliskanliklarinin “hazci, faydaci, alisveris tutkusu ve ictepisel alisveris” boyutlarinin alt boyutlarinindan hangileri altinda ve bu tuketicilerin gerek bu boyutlara gore gerekse demografik ve sosyo-kulturel ozelliklerine gore ve odeme bicimleri, ek limit – kredi kullanim aliskanliklarina gore hangi kumelerde toplandigini belirlemek amaciyla gerceklestirilen arastirmada dort farkli tuketici kumesi ortaya cikmistir. Ortaya cikan farkli tuketici kumeleri alisveris aliskanliklari, demografik, sosyo-kulturel ozellikleri ile birlikte detayli bir bicimde tanimlanmaya calisilmistir.
