Mesleki Tukenmislikte Bazi Demografik Degiskenlerin Etkisi: Kamu’da Bir Arastirma

Abstract

Mesleki tukenmislik, bir orgutteki insan kaynaginin verimli ve etkili calismasini ve bu baglamda orgutsel performansi olumsuz yonde etkileyen bir surectir. Bu calismada iki universite hastanesi ile iki devlet hastanesinin cesitli kliniklerinde gorev yapan 239 hemsirenin tukenmislik duzeyleri bazi degiskenler acisindan incelenmistir. Arastirmada olçum araci olarak “Maslach Tukenmislik Envanteri” kullanilmiþ, elde edilen verilerin degerlendirilmesinde alt boyutlar arasi korelasyonlar arastirilmis ve degiskenler yonunden farklilasmalar tek yonlu varyans analizi ile incelenmistir. Sonuclar, “duygusal tukenme” ile “duyarsýzlasma” alt boyutlarinin genel tukenmislik duzeyi ile yuksek korelasyon gosterdigini, “kisisel basari hissi” alt boyutunun ise anlamli bir korelasyona sahip olmadigini; egitim seviyesi, yas ve calisma suresi degiskenleri yonunden hemsirelerin tukenmislik duzeylerinin farklilastigini, buna karsin medeni durum ve calisilan klinik degiskenlerinin ise bir fark yaratmadigini gostermistir.
