Endustriyel Bolgelerde Sosyal Sermaye ve Guven: Ucuncu Italya Ornegi

Abstract

1970’li yillarin ortalarindan itibaren endustriyel bolgelerin gelismesinde sosyo-kulturel yapinin etkileri tartisilmaktadir. Bu baglamda, sosyal sermaye ve guven arasindaki iliskiler onem kazanmistir. Guven ve sosyal sermaye arasindaki iliskiler, oldukca etkili ve cok yonludur. Bu calisma, bu iliskilerin “Ucuncu Italya” daki endustriyel bolgelerin kalkinma surecinde oynadigi rolleri uzerinde durur. Calismadan cikan temel sonuc, Birinci ve Ucuncu Italya’nin Ikinci Italya’ya gore daha yuksek sosyal sermaye ve guven duzeyine sahip olmasidir. Buna bagli olarak, ekonomik gelismenin bu bolgelerde daha guclu oldugu soylenebilir.
