Isletmelerin E-Insan Kaynaklari Yonetimi ve E-Ise Alim Sureclerindeki Gelismeler

Abstract

Bilgi ve teknolojinin surekli yenilenmesi ve ekonomik yasamda yeni olanaklar, evrensel degerlerin uretime katki saglayacak insan kaynaginin niteliginde de degisimler yaratmistir. Bilgi ve teknolojinin gelisimi insan kaynaginin egitimi yaninda kuresel degerlerin anlamlastirilmasinda, bilgiden bilgi ureten yaratici kimligini de on plana cikarmaktadir. Dunyadaki pek cok isletme insan kaynaklarina ait bilgileri saklamak ve islemek icin elektronik insan kaynaklari sistemlerini kullanmaktadirlar. Boylelikle insan kaynaklari ile ilgili duzenlemelere harcanan zaman ve masraflar azaltilabilmektedir. Bu sistemler, istenen bilgilere kolay ulasilmasini ve bilgilerin cesitli analizlerle duzenli olarak raporlanmasini saglayarak, hem isletme yoneticilerinin hem de insan kaynaklari uzmanlarinin insan kaynaklarinin stratejik konularina yogunlasabilmelerine imkan tanimaktadir. Bu calismada genel olarak son yillarda kullanimi hizla artan e-insan kaynaklari yonetimi ve e-ise alim sureclerindeki gelismeler ele alinmistir. Ýsletmelerin bu sistemleri kullanma amaclari sorgulanirken ortaya cikan olumlu ve olumsuz yansimalar tartisilmistir.
