AB’de Seker Politikasindaki Degisiklikler, Bioethanol Üretiminin Önemi ve Türkiye

Abstract

Seker, dünya ticaretindeki önemli ürünlerden biridir ve ülkelerin kendi ihtiyaclarini saglamalari bakimindan da büyük politik öneme sahiptir. Gerek AB’de gerekse ülkemizde ve diger üretici ülkelerde son olarak Dünya Ticaret Örgütü (DTÖ) taahhütleri cercevesinde seker politikalarinin nasil olacagi ve bu üründe ne kadar taviz verilebilecegi ise, ülkelerin üzerinde hassasiyetle durdugu konulardan biri olmustur. Bu calismada, hem Türkiye’nin tam üyelik sürecinde olmasi hem de seker pancarindan seker üretmesi nedeniyle özel önem tasiyan ve dünya seker pazarindaki önemli aktörlerden biri olan AB’deki gelismeler incelenmistir. Ayrica, AB’de özellikle son yillarda gittikce önemi artan alternatif enerji kaynagi olarak seker pancarindan ethanol üretimi de arastirilmistir.
