Gunumuz Isletmelerinin Yasam Anahtari: Musteri Odaklilik

Abstract

Gunumuzun basarili isletmeleri incelendigi zaman, basarili olmalarinda temel faktorun uretim gucunden daha cok musteriye . verdikleri deger oldugu ortaya cikmaktadir. Musterisini memnun eden isletmeler, musteri istek ve gereksinimlerini haydayan isletmelerdir. Musteri memnuniyetinin saglanmasinda en onemli faktorlerden birisi de mufteri odakliktir. Cagdas yonetim yontemleri imlendigi zaman musteri odakliligin mutlaka icinde yer aldigi gorulmektedir. Ancak bu yontemlerin icinde musteri odaklik cogu zaman gereken Onemi kazanamamaktadir. Musteri odakli akak, bir isletmenin pazardaki musterilerini odak alarak belirleyerek faaliyetlerine yon vermesi itmektir. Bir isletmenin musteri odakli olmasi I bhy olmayan bir donusumdur. Ancak, isletme ust yonetiminin destegi ile dogru planlanirsa ve uygulanirsa isletmeye rakipleri karsisinda buyuk mulajlar saglayacaktir. Isletme ust yonetimi, calisanlarina musteri odakliligin gerekliligini ne kadar iyi anlasabilirse, musteri odaklik donusumu k o oranda kolay olacaktir. Bir isletmede musteri odaklilik surecinin tamamlanmasi, o isletmeyi rakiplerinden ustun duruma getirecektir.
