Kurumsal Islerin Analiziyle Isadami Kavraminin Betimlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalýþmanýn amacý Türkiye baðlamýnda iþadamý kavramýnýn betimlenmesidir. Ýþadamý kavramý oldukça farklý anlamlarý içinde barýndýran karmaþýk bir kavramdýr. Ýþadamý içinde bulunduðu kurumsal çevreyi etkilemekte ve ayný zamanda bu çevreden etkilenmektedir. Ýþadamý faaliyet gösterdiði kurumsal çevreyi yaratmak, sürdürmek ve yýkmak amacýyla çeþitli kurumsal iþler yapmaktadýr. Bu çalýþmada iþadamý kavramý iþadamýnýn yürüttüðü kurumsal iþler aracýlýðýyla betimlenmektedir. Amaçlý olarak seçilen kurumsal bir biyografi aracýlýðýyla, baðlam baðýmlý olarak, iþadamýnýn öncelikle genel kabul görmüþ iþadamý tanýmýný yýktýðý, daha sonra iþadamý kavramýna iliþkin yeni bir anlam üretme çabasýna giriþtiði ve daha sonraki dönemde de iþadamý kavramýný sürdürme ve güçlendirme adýna farklý kurumsal iþlere giriþtiði belirlenmiþtir.
