Testing of APEC Countries’ Competitiveness Dynamics Through Fuzzy Clustering Analysis and Some Findings

Abstract

Bu arastirma, zincir/grup otel musterilerinin marka degeri bilesenlerini aciga cikarmayi ve otel musterilerin marka degerine yonelik tutumsal farkliliklarinin incelemesini amaclamaktadir. Arastirmaya Istanbul’da faaliyet gosteren 24 zincir/grup otel isletmesinde konaklayan 717 musteri katilmistir. Yapilan faktor analizi sonuclarina gore marka degeri bilesenlerinin marka bagliligi, marka farkindaligi, marka cagrisimlari, marka liderligi, algilanan kalite ve marka imaji oldugu ortaya cikmistir. T-testi ve ANOVA analizi sonuclarina gore marka degeri ile yas, gelir, meslek ve egitim degiskenleri arasinda anlamli bir iliski varken, marka degeriyle cinsiyet ve medeni durum degiskenleri arasinda anlamli bir iliski ortaya cikmamistir.
