Orgutsel Adaletin Orgutsel Vatandaslik Davranisina Etkisinde Is Tatmininin Araci Rolu

Abstract

Arastirmanin temel amaci, Kars ilindeki hastanelerde calisan hemsirelerin orgutsel adalet algilari, is tatminleri ve orgutsel vatandaslik davranislarinin duzeyini ve birbirleri ile olan iliskilerini inceleyerek is tatmininin bu iliskideki araci rolunu analiz etmektir. Ayrica hemsirelerin cinsiyet, yas, egitim, nobet tutma ve kidem durumlarina gore bu degiskenlerin farklilik gosterip gostermedigi de incelenmistir. Arastirma aciklayici nitelikte tasarlanmistir ve veri toplama yontemi ankettir. Kolayda ornekleme yoluyla 147 ornege ulasilmistir. Arastirmanin bulgularina gore, surec adaletinin orgutle ilgili orgutsel vatandaslik davranisi uzerindeki etkisinde is tatminin tam araci rolu varken, etkilesim adaletinin kisiyle ilgili orgutsel vatandaslik davranisi ve orgutle ilgili orgutsel vatandaslik davranisi uzerindeki etkisinde is tatmininin tam araci rolu vardir. Ayrica cinsiyet, yas, egitim ve nobet tutma duruma gore degiskenler anlamli farklilik gostermemisken sadece kideme gore dagitim, surec ve etkilesim adaleti ile is tatmini duzeyi farklilik gostermistir. 1 yildan daha az kidemli olanlar digerlerine gore daha yuksek duzeyde adalet algisi ve is tatmini hissettiklerini belirtmislerdir.
