Abstract

Son yillarda kaliteli personelin secimi firmalar icin onemli bir basari faktoru ve stratejik bir karar haline gelmistir. Ancak bu karar genellikle karmasiktir ve belirsiz bir ortamda verilir. Birbirleriyle celisen bircok niceliksel ve niteliksel kriteraynianda dikkate alinmalidir. Bulanik cok kriterli karar verme yontemleri bu sorunlara cozum olmak amaciyla gelistirilmistir. Bu yontemler karar vericilerin tercihlerindeki belirsizligi yansitip bircok kriteri ayni anda degerlendirir.Cok kriterli karar verme yontemlerinden biri olan bulanik VIKOR yontemi, bulanik mantik teorisini kullanip cogunluk icin grup faydasini maksimize ederek ve rakip secenek icin bireysel pismanligi minimize ederek uzlastirici bir cozum olusturur. Bu calismada bulanik VIKOR yontemi kullanilarak bir teknoloji firmasinin personel secim sureci incelenmistir.Bu surecte bes aday uc karar verici tarafindan bes kritere gore degerlendirilmis ve hesaplanan indekslere gore bir siralama yapilmistir. Calisma, bulanik VIKOR yonteminin personel seciminde etkin bir yontem olarak kullanilabilecegini gostermistir.
