Abstract

Bu calismanin temel amaci, bilgi yonetimi ile yenilik arasindaki iliskide orgut ici dinamiklerin ara degiskenlik etkisini belirlemektir. Bu amac cercevesinde Turkiye’de faaliyet gosteren bes yildizli otel isletmeleri arastirmaya dahil edilmistir. Arastirmanin yontemi nicel arastirma yontemine dayanmaktadir. Arastirmanin verileri anket tekniginden yararlanilarak toplanmis ve bahsi gecen otel isletmelerinden birer ust duzey “yonetici” araciligi elde edilmistir. Toplamda 321 otel isletmesinden veriler elde edilmis ve bu veriler yapisal esitlik modellemesi yardimi (Lisrel) ile analize tabi tutulmustur. Arastirma sonucunda, bilgi yonetimi ile yenilik arasinda “orgut ici dinamiklerin” kismi aracilik etkisine sahip oldugu belirlenmistir.
