Pazar Yonluluk, Kalite Yonluluk ve Isletme Performans Iliskisi: Ýlac Sektorunde Yapilan Bir Calisma

Abstract

Bu calismanin amaci ilgili yazin degerlendirmelerinden hareket edilerek, (1) pazar yonlulugun isletme performansi uzerinde etkisini belirlemek (2) kalite yonlulugun isletme performansi uzerinde etkisini belirlemek ve (3) kalite yonlulugun pazar yonluluk uzerindeki etkisini belirlemektir. Arastirmanin uygulama asamasini Ýstanbul ilinde faaliyet gosteren 140 ilac isletmesi olusturmaktadir. 76 ilac isletmesinden 230 anket degerlendirilmeye alinmistir. Turkce yazinda bu uc kavramin birlikte arastirildigi teorik ya da ampirik bir calismaya rastlanmamistir. Dolayisiyla calisma sonucunda, elde edilen bulgular gerek uygulamacilar gerekse akademisyenlere onemli sonuclar sunmaktadir. Elde edilen bulgulara gore, pazar yonlulugun ve kalite yonlulugun isletme performansi uzerinde pozitif etkisinin oldugu ayrica kalite yonlulugun pazar yonluluk uzerinde pozitif etkisinin oldugunu gostermektedir.
