Surec Hata Modu Etki Analizini Gri Degerlendirme Modeli

Abstract

Hata Modu Etki Analizi (HMEA), bir urun veya surecteki potansiyel hatalarin tanimlanmasi ve bunlarin musteriye olan olasi etkilerinin degerlendirilmesiyle, oncelikli iyilestirme alanlarinin saptanmasina imkan taniyan bir risk analiz teknigi olarak tanimlanabilir. HMEA tekniginde oncelik siralamasi; hatalarin meydana gelme olasiligi, fark edilmeme olasiligi ve siddetine yonelik puanlarin carpimiyla hesaplanan Risk Oncelik Puanina (ROP) gore yapilmaktadir. Ancak bu uygulamanin farkli risklerin ayni onceligi alabilmesi ve risk faktorlerinin agirliklarinin dikkate alinmamasi gibi bir takim sakincalari bulunmaktadir. Bu calismada ilk olarak yontemin uygulanisi ve eksiklikleri incelenmistir. Daha sonra bu eksikliklerin giderilebilmesi amaciyla HMEA gri iliski analizi kullanilarak modifiye edilmis ve konuyla ilgili bir sanayi uygulamasina yer verilmistir.
