Kariyer Yönetim Sistemi Ve Örgütsel Baglilik Arasindaki Iliski: Bes Yildizli Otel Isletmelerinde Bir Arastirma

Abstract

Bu calismada bes yildizli otel isletmelerinde yapilan bir uygulamayla, kariyer yönetim sistemi (kariyer yönetimi, kariyer planlama ve kariyer gelistirme) ile örgütsel baglilik arasindaki iliskinin arastirilmasi amaclanmistir. Katilimcilarin kariyer yönetimi sistemi uygulamalarina iliskin görüsleri ile örgütsel baglilik düzeyleri arasindaki iliski korelasyon ve coklu dogrusal regresyon analizi ile belirlenmistir. Örgütsel baglilik ile kariyer yönetimi sistemi arasinda r=0,74 düzeyinde pozitif yönlü kuvvetli bir iliski oldugu tespit edilmistir. Ayrica, kariyer yönetimi, kariyer planlama ve kariyer gelistirme degiskenlerinin örgütsel baglilik üzerinde önemli bir etkiye sahip oldugu ve en önemli etkiye sahip degiskenin ise kariyer planlama oldugu saptanmistir.
