Izleyicilerin Yerel Televizyon Tercihleri Ve Demografik Özellikler Itibari ile Algisal Farkliliklari

Abstract

Bu calisma, televizyon izleyicilerinin yerel televizyon algilamalarini ve algilamalarina bagli farkliliklara iliskin sonuclari icermektedir. Arastirma 1000 televizyon izleyicisi üzerinde yapilmistir. Ýzleyicilerin program türleriyle ilgili algilamalari 15 ifadeyle, kanallarla ilgili algilamalari ise 14 ifadeyle besli Likert Ölcekle ölcülmüstür. Yapilan Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi (One-Way ANOVA) ile izleyicilerin demografik özellikleri itibari ile yerel televizyonlari degerlendirme düzeyleri ve yerel televizyonlarin program türlerini degerlendirme düzeyleri arasindaki farklar ayri ayri incelenmistir. Demografik özelliklere bagli olarak cesitli farkliliklar bulunmustur. Arastirmanin sonuclari, yerel televizyonlarin izleyicilerine hizmet sunumunda, yöneticilerin isletme politikalarini belirlemelerinde, dolayisiyla televizyon izleyicilerinin tatmin düzeylerini artirmalarinda önemli katkilar saglayacaktir.
