Gecmisten Bugune Cevreye Sosyolojik Yaklasim

Abstract

Bu makalede, gecmisten gunumuze toplum-cevre iliskileri irdelenerek, degisen toplumda cevreyle ilgili degisen paradigmalar incelenmistir. “Doga”dan “sosyal”in ayrilmasi konusunda israr eden Durkheim, Marx, Weber gibi klasik sosyologlar dogal ve fiziksel cevreyle cok az ilgilenmislerdir. Ancak onlarin teori ve kavramlari doga-cevre iliskisinin anlasilmasinda ardillarina ilham kaynagi olmustur. Endustri toplumlarinda dogayi dikkate almayan insan merkezli paradigmalar egemen olmustur. Ancak bu toplumlarda cevreyle ilgili sorunlarin giderek artmasi, kalkinma ve gelisme merkezli modernlesme teorilerine tepki olarak postmodernizm, yeni ekolojik paradigma, risk toplumu gibi cevreye iliskin alternatif sosyolojik kavramsallastirmalari ortaya cikarmistir. Sonuc olarak toplumlar degismis buna bagli olarak cevreyle ilgili sosyolojik yaklasimlar da degismistir.
