Abstract

This research proposes a structural model of technology-based Mexican firms oriented to their successful actions, explores three subsystems of dynamic capabilities: absorptive capacity, adaptive capability and innovation capability from resource-based view theory. Capital intellectual is discussed as a new subsystem component in the structural model, which allows effective learning in business processes non-equilibrium conditions of technology-based Mexican firms
