Poreznom politikom do generatora gospodarskog razvoja s posebnim naglaskom na porezno potican razvoj životnih osiguranja

Abstract

Bit porezne reforme Hrvatske treba biti utemeljena na poticanju štednje i racionalizaciji potrošnje uz dinamiziranje gospodarskih aktivnosti i primjereniju socijalnu politiku na dugi rok. Jednostavno izre?eno, kratkoro?no politi?ki neoperabilno, a za ekonomski oporavak Hrvatske neophodno. Jedan u nizu mogu?ih pravaca porezne reforme je porezno poticana štednja putem životnih osiguranja i dobrovoljnih mirovinskih osiguranja te postepenom podizanju stope kapitalizirane štednje u drugom stupu obveznog mirovinskog osiguranja. Sve pozitivne u?inke poreznih poticaja za štediše, osiguranike, poslodavce i državu, kao emitenta državnih vrijednosnih papira, iznijet ?emo u ovome radu kako bi ustanovili sve potencijalne pokreta?e gospodarskog razvoja.
