Hrvatska ekonomska naiva ili Republika Hrvatska u zamci koncepta deficita platne bilance i makroekonomske stabilnosti

Abstract

Deficit platne bilance i makroekonomska politika mogu biti vode?i i limitiraju?i faktor gospodarskog rasta. Primjer Hrvatske (i drugih tranzicijskih zemalja) pokazao je svu iluzornost „washingtonskog koncepta“ i kriterija nominalne konvergencije kao faktora ekonomskog rasta. Hrvatska je postala ovisna od strane pameti i stranog kapitala i naviknuta živjeti znatno iznad svojih mogu?nosti. K tome, koncept presijecanja platne bilance zna?ajan je kriterij za platnobilan?nu politiku te politiku te?aja nacionalne valute. Posebno, od 2005.g. IMF-ov koncept overall balance usmjerio je Hrvatsku k enormnom deficitu platne bilance, prezaduženosti i iracionalnoj politici te?aja kune. Hrvatska se nalazi pred irskim i ma?arskim sindromom. Još koji mudar main-stream ekonomski potez i Hrvatska ?e uletjeti u dužni?ku krizu s nesagledivim posljedicama i sve to slušaju?i savjete onih ekonomista koji nisu predvidjeli ni svjetsku niti hrvatsku ekonomsku krizu.
