Uvjetovanost formalne i neformalne organizacijske strukture

Abstract

Racionalnim razmještanjem ljudi na odgovaraju a radna mjesta i definiranjem dužnosti i ovlasti postiže se uskla!enost izme!u zahtjeva posla i uvjeta u kojima se radi, kao i karakteristika pojedinca i njegovih znanja, težnji i sposobnosti. Formiranje odre!ene strukture poduze a, izuzev djelatnosti kojom se ono bavi, ovisi o spremnosti “starih” zaposlenika da se prilagode promjenama u okolini i spremnosti novih kadrova da prihvate kulturu organizacije u koju dolaze. U skladu s tim, stvaraju se dvije razine: formalna i neformalna organizacija. Svaka organizacija, imaju i na umu zahtjeve okoline i raspoložive resurse, odlu"uje kako e postaviti svoju strukturu, definirati radna mjesta i razvijati prepoznatljivu kulturu. Ukoliko je formirana prikladna organizacijska struktura, zaposlenici svojom individualnom i timskom djelatnoš u mogu stvoriti poticajno i ugodno okruženje, obrazovati se, prilago!avati i do i do postavljenih ciljeva. U suprotnom, nedefinirani zadaci, nemogu nost samostalnog odlu"ivanja i afirmiranja te neugodna radna atmosfera rezultiraju nezadovoljstvom, ve om fluktuacijom radne snage i lošim poslovnim rezultatima.
