Abstract

This paper investigates adaptive synchronization between two different noise-perturbed chaotic systems with fully unknown parameters. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, the general expression of the suitable nonlinear adaptive synchronization controller is developed. At the same time, the noise-perturbed update laws of parameters are proposed to guarantee the synchronization of two different unknown chaotic systems. Theoretical analysis and numerical simulations on adaptive synchronization between Rössler system and noise-perturbed Chua's circuits, Lorenz system and noise-perturbed Chen system with fully unknown parameters show the efficiency of the proposed adaptive scheme.
