Interference effects in superconductor thermal conductivity

Abstract

In the framework of the BCS theory, the influence of the interference effects on the thermal conductivity of a superconductor is considered under the condition of usual scattering and scattering on the superconductor gap fluctuations (Andreev scattering). In the usual impurity scattering case it is shown that the ratio of the interference correction to the main term does not depend on the superconducting transition and is completely determined by the characteristics of the normal state.
