Abstract

Transport properties in molecular Knudsen gases can be influenced by an external magnetic field. The dependence of such effects upon field orientation directly reflects the shape of the underlying angular momentum polarizations. A relation between the orientational dependence of the saturated field effect and the polarization is established.
