Research on the network topology characteristics of unsafe behavior propagation in coal mine group from the perspective of human factors

Abstract

The occurrence of coal mine accidents is mostly caused by people's unsafe behaviors. People's unsafe behaviors are closely related and there are group differences. Traditional propagation models are difficult to analyze the topological characteristics of the network and group unsafe behaviors. In order to analyze the unsafe behavior of the coal mine group and explore the internal relationship of its communication network, the unsafe behavior of the coal mine group was studied based on the original data on coal mine accident reports in the past three years. First, based on the grounded theory, the unsafe behaviors of coal mine groups are extracted from the perspective of human factor analysis and group classification, and the common and unique unsafe behaviors of different groups are analyzed. Secondly, the social network theory applies to establish the propagation network model of coal mine group unsafe behavior, and the distribution characteristics, propagation rules and internal attributes of group unsafe behavior are explored, and the key unsafe behaviors affecting network propagation are taken. Finally, put forward control measures. The results show that because of the differences in the work's nature of coal mine groups, there are common unsafe behaviors and unique unsafe behaviors. The coal mine communication network is closely related, highly relevant, and the information exchange is close. Managers and technicians are at the core and structural holes of the propagation network, and it is easier to control the spread of unsafe behavior. The key unsafe behaviors of the group mainly exist in technical personnel, management personnel and government supervision institutions.
