Abstract

Based on the LaSalle’s invariant theorem and Lyapunov method, a simple scheme is proposed to synchronize chaotic systems. Unlike the usual linear feedback, this scheme uses the variable feedback which is automatically adapted to a updated law. Moreover, this scheme is analytical and simple to be implemented in practice. The well-known models such as Chen system and Lü system are used to illustrate the validity of this theoretic method.
