Abstract

Analiza elementos del mercado de capitales: la complementariedad entre el credito y la demanda de bienes, la oferta de bienes fisicos, el poder monopolista de los agentes y el predominio de las expectativas de adaptacion. Examina los efectos de la liberalizacion de los mercados de capitales; y delinea las caracteristicas de las reformas financieras requeridas para conciliar eficacia y estabilidad.
