Analiza el concepto de informalidad en America Latina a partir de los dos enfoques que han sido mas difundidos: el de la racionalidad productiva, elaborado por la OIT; y el de la ilegalidad, ampliamente utilizado en los paises industriales y recientemente introducido en la region.
