Abstract

Regional and Sectoral Economic Studies (RSES) is an academic journal that has been published, by the Euro-American Association of Economic Development Studies, for 2001-2024. After 24 years of intense editorial work, the Editor and the Editorial Team have decided to ceases the publication of the journal and convey their wish that other teams, with new energies and more financial support, may promote or maintain other publications with similar objectives, related to regional and sectoral economic development in many countries of the world. The journal has published more than 450 articles of Europe, America, Eurasia, Africa, Middle East, Asia and the World, with most articles in English and some in Spanish (mainly focused on Spain and Latinamerica). Most articles are quantitative studies that include data visibility and with priority on contents of economic development and quality of life: The Editor thanks the collaboration of members of the Editorial Board, authors, referees, readers, managers of bibliographic databases and other people that have contributed to the academic recognition, succes and readership of the journal. This article includes links to 2 Guides of journal contents, classified by country and period of time: One for articles in English and another one for articles in Spanish. We hope that the articles published for the period 2001-2024 will have a lasting impact and be read and cited, by several readers, for many years to come.
