Organizacijska kultura in klima v storitvenem podjetju

Abstract

Eno izmed najpomembnejših področij, s katerimi se mora ukvarjati vsako vodstvo v organizaciji, so medsebojni odnosi. Pogojeni so z delom vseh zaposlenih, njihovo komunikacijo, osebnostnimi značilnostmi, navadami, vrednotami itd. Našteto je pomembno za izpolnjevanje delovnih nalog in s tem za doseganje zastavljenih ciljev organizacije, obenem pa so naštete dimenzije ključnega pomena za ustvarjanje in razvoj dobre delovne klime in humanizacije organizacije (Ivančič 2007, 475).
