Družbena odgovornost prakse odnosov z javnostmi za vključevanje deležnikov

Abstract

Ključni prispevek tega članka je analiza in informiranje o družbeno odgovornih praksah odnosov z javnostmi v slovenskih podjetjih, ki si prizadevajo vključevati deležnike v svoje delovanje in sodelovati z njimi. Vključevanje deležnikov v poslovanje organizacij krepi načelo „družbenega dovoljenja za delo?, hkrati pa prispeva k ugledu profesije odnosov z javnostmi, saj je korporativno komuniciranje bistvenega pomena pri njegovem vzdrževanju, analiza družbene odgovornosti pa lahko pomaga pri njegovem razumevanju, zlasti tam, kjer analiza opisuje splošne odgovornosti v odnosu do družbe (Wilson 2015, 2).
