Abstract

The measures taken in the Corona crisis have led to significant impairments in many businesses. In many cases, this has resulted in a deterioration of capital adequacy. Now, the joint challenge facing policymakers, financial markets and businesses is to create a resilient foundation that will enable companies to return to a comfortable equity situation. The financial crisis has shown how this can be achieved with the right instruments. To this end, the companies affected must have access to solutions tailored to their specific needs. This article shows how to achieve the goal of continuing as a healthy company.
