Abstract

The evolution of the real estate market in Romania approaches the past, present and future of the real estate market in the actual economic financial crisis reported to the other EU member states. The real estate market regards the operations, transactions through which ownership or use rights of buildings and lands are given. It has been observed that in 2014 the activity of the real estate market was visibly more intense than the one in the previous year, after the revival of the activity that has already been observed in 2014. We consider that this evolution is influenced both by the European context and the facilities banks provide regarding the crediting and the “First house” program”, 2015 being considered the best year for the real estate market after the crisis.
