Promesses, Realisations Et Defis En Matiere Des Droits De L’Homme Au Niveau De L’Union Europeenne

Abstract

À l'appui de l'engagement de l'Union à garantir les droits énoncés dans la Charte des Droits Fondamentaux, a été créée l'Agence des Droits Fondamentaux de l’Union Européenne (FRA). L'Agence aura bientôt dix ans d`existence. Les objectifs multi-annuels 2017-2019 visent le renforcement de la compétence de L'Agence dans le domaine des procès juridiques et politiques au niveau de l’Union Européenne, de réponse aux demandes d’avis et des points de vue dans des délais opportuns et de manière compétente, le renforcement de la coordination avec la Commission Européenne, le Parlement Européen et le Conseil de l’Union Européenne. De même, l’une des priorités de la FRA consiste à approfondir les liens au niveau national, plusieurs initiatives ayant été lancées dans ce sens afin de renforcer sa contributionau niveau des États membres de l’Union Européenne.
