Abstract

In the context of digital education, the use of technological tools such as Genially has transformed the teaching and learning process, especially in the subject of History. Genially allows the creation of interactive and visually appealing content that facilitates students' understanding and retention of knowledge. This easy-to-use and highly customisable platform offers a variety of resources such as presentations, infographics and games, which help teachers design innovative and motivating materials. In addition, by encouraging active participation and collaborative work, Genially contributes to the development of critical thinking and more dynamic teaching. Through its integration, students can explore history in a more accessible way, while teachers improve their digital skills. However, the successful implementation of this technology depends on the continuous training of educators and overcoming challenges such as the lack of adequate infrastructure. In conclusion, Genially has the potential to revolutionise the teaching of history, promoting more meaningful and participatory learning.
