Abstract

To construct an education and training system adaptable to job task structures, this study employs capability element analysis, task chain modeling, and modular content configuration to investigate the operational mechanisms of training objective alignment, process control, and quality monitoring. Using multi-scenario training deployment as an example, it quantitatively measures capability enhancement and management efficiency improvements. Results indicate that the system enables precise generation of training paths through parametric configuration, demonstrating significant optimization in operational stability, resource scheduling efficiency, and service consistency.
