Системата За Национална Сигурност На Република България Като Част От Сигурността На Европейския Съюз

Abstract

Темата за сигурността става все по-актуална. Предизвикателствата на средата и динамиката на обществените процеси поставят нови изисквания към политиките и ангажираните с тяхното провеждане отговорни органи. Системата за национална сигурност се възприема като постоянно действаща организация, функционираща с цел опазване и съхранение на създадените от обществото материални блага и живота на хората. Няма друга дейност, която да е свързана с обединяване усилията на толкова много хора и ресурси едновременно. В настоящата разработка са представени някои интерпретации по отношение на сигурността, които трябва да бъдат отчитани при подготовката и провеждането на политиките по сигурността както на национално, така и на ниво Европейски съюз. Изготвен е контент анализ на нормативната и стратегическата рамка в България в контекста на европейската политика по сигурност. Направен е критичен анализ на съществуващите постаменти по отношение на системата за национална сигурност и са очертани националните интереси и стратегическите цели, на базата на които са изведени предизвикателствата, рисковете и заплахите пред националната сигурност.
