Методика За Противодействие На Енергийната Бедност В България И Европейския Съюз

Abstract

В средата на 2000-те започват да се появяват все повече и повече статии за необходимостта от разработване на модерни енергийни услуги в развиващите се страни. Тези материали, в допълнение към анализа на липсата на физическа достъпност на енергийните услуги и последствията от това, коментират и финансовата недостъпност на услугите. Изследователите измерват различните видове енергийни ресурси, консумирани от домакинствата по децилни групи, за да се подчертаят разликите според доходите. Световната банка повдигна на международно ниво проблема с финансовата недостъпност до енергия и отрицателните ефекти върху здравето на хората, образованието на децата, качеството на живот на жените и околната среда. Достъпността на енергията беше разгледана в рамките на инструменти за справяне с проблемите на бедността, особено в сегрегирани групи, селски райони и други.
