Маркетинг Стратегия На Обществена Библиотека

Abstract

Целта е разработване на маркететинг стратегия на Регионална библиотека ''Любен Каравелов'' – Русе. Средствата за адекватно развитие и оцеляване на изследваната библиотека като цяло не достигат. Държавните и общинските институции и структури, като ключови финансови и др. партньори, нямат устойчиви политики и дългосрочна визия за развитие на библиотеката, което налага диверсифициране на източниците ѝ на финансиране чрез маркетинг стратегия. Съобразно това са сегментирани пазарите, детерминирани са настоящите и перспективните ѝ целеви пазари, изведени са подходи за позициониране на Регионална библиотека ''Любен Каравелов'' – Русе. Разработени са маркетинг инструменти ''8Р'' (Product, Place, Promotion, Price, Processes, Physical Environment and Evidence, People, Productivity and Quality) и „4С“ (Customer, Convenience, Communication, Cost), осигуряващи по-добро позициониране на библиотеката и реализиране на стратегията.
