Abstract

Значимостта на създаваната от управленското счетоводство информация и нейното ограничено използване в управлението на земеделските предприятия са основните мотиви за написване на настоящата статия. Защитава се тезата, че ако в земеделските предприятия се прилага бюджетирането, ще се повиши ефективността на управ-лението. Целта на разработката е, въз основа на представяне връзката между управление и счетоводство да се очертаят възможностите на планово-бюджетната система за поставяне на управленски цели и задаване на параметри, придобиващи различни количествени и качествени измерения, които да се постигат с управленските решения. Предложен е концептуален модел на планово-бюджетна система в земеделско предприятие, която отразява специфичните му особености и създава информация за бъдещото развитие, прогнозира финансовото състояние, резултатите от дейността, паричните потоци, промените в имущественото състояние и капитала.
